The support chat menu offers features for providing help and support for live site users.

 

To make yourself available for providing support, click SupportChatOnline Enter support chat.

 

The SupportChatSettings My canned responses option enables you to manage your personal pre-defined responses that you can use when chatting with users.

 

When you've entered the support chat, you can click SupportChatOffline Leave support chat to go off-line.

 

The ShowSupportRooms Show active rooms option opens a dialog that allows you to select a room that you want to chat in. Rooms that have new messages in them have the number of messages displayed next to their names. Rooms that you have already taken are highlighted in yellow.
